We climb up onto your roof because checking shingles up close reveals hidden rot underneath. Then you get one written price covering the material, the tear-off and the cleanup, before we book a start date.

We take care of your lawn, driveway, and garden beds while we work on your house. We lay thick tarps all around the perimeter to catch falling shingles, nails, and debris as we tear off the old roof. Our crew cleans up the grounds at the end of each work day. We finish every job by running a heavy rolling magnet over your driveway and grass to pick up stray nails so your property stays safe.
